This container is for people who are deeply ready to heal from the inside, willing to slow down, listen, and partner with their bodies. It is not for those looking for a quick fix, a one-size-fits-all prescription, or someone to “do it all for them.” If you're not willing to do the inner work (nutrition, lifestyle change, mindset shifts), this might not be the right time in your unique journey.

No. If you already have recent labs, I’m happy to incorporate them. But labs are not required. We will work primarily with what your body is telling us now (via HTMA, analysis of your body from a biomechanical lens, conversation, and current symptoms/signals).

We’ll meet monthly. Each session is an opportunity to review your progress, adjust your plan, and hold space for integration.

I ask for at least 24–48 hours of notice for reschedules. Sessions canceled late without notice may forfeit the slot.

I don’t believe in “fixing.” You’re not broken, your body is intelligent and alive. My role is to help you decode, support, and guide your system back toward balance. I invite you into this relationship in a collaborative way.

You’ll receive tailored practices, nutritional or mineral-based guidance, possibly journaling prompts or embodiment practices, and email check-ins. I support you in bridging session insights into everyday life.
