Integrative Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is a way to address pain and discomfort by evaluating movement patterns and releasing physical and emotional tension in the body

Who this is for

  • You have pain or discomfort in your body that feels as if it has both a physical and emotional component

  • You see how stress and emotions play a role in your pain, but are unsure how to change things

  • You are looking to cultivate a deeper connection with your intuition and would like to understand your body’s way of communicating.

  • You’re looking for other ways to process emotions besides talking about them.

  • You’ve benefitted from PT, chiropractic, or massage in the past

  • You are unable to perform certain activities in your daily life due to pain, mobility, or strength issues.

The Details

Physical Therapy is a true body-based practice. We will work with your body and perform an in-depth evaluation of different movements and postures, while assessing your strengths and weaknesses. We will work together to release tension throughout the structures of your body using a hands-on approach. We will hold space for energetic an emotional releases as they arise throughout the process. Using the same hands-on approach, we’ll work together to build upon the inherent strength of your body and improve areas of weakness or instability. We will also design a mindful movement practice tailored to your specific needs to address holding patterns, to promote strength and wellness, and to relieve tension on your own.
